In Norway this pattern is called Renessanse. Renessanse is inspired by the art nouveau movement. The organic signature of nouveau speaks to the Norwegian romance to nature. Renessanse’s style is fitting for everyday and formal dining— ideal for a decorative setting. Designed by Haakon Amundsen in 1978, Renessanse was our first cutlery to be produced in 18/8 steel. This means that the steel alloy contains 18% chrome and 8% nickel. Chrome provides the optimum corrosion resistance, while nickel gives the flatware its bright luster. With its distinct character and class, this series has been loved for decades and continues to be an admired favourite. Made in Norway, dishwasher safe. Box exterior and interior colors will vary.
