First cook up the porridge, then bake the pudding! Rice porridge (recipe on package) is typical Scandinavian breakfast and festive fare, often served during Christmas holidays. Rice Pudding (recipe on package) is one of my favorites. The baked, custard-like dish is an everyday Scandinavian comfort food that can be enjoyed warm or cold. 12 ounce (340g), product of Sweden.
