Matte Tile Krumkake Girl

Description

Signe, dressed in her Norwegian festbunad from Hallingdal, is busy making krumkake, or crumb cake. Baked on a special iron, this cardamom flavored cookie is rolled on a wooden cone while warm. Krumkake is delicate and breaks easily, thus the name “crumb cake”. Design by Suzanne Toftey, 6″ square ceramic, matte finish, cork back with plastic hanger.

Note: These are muted tones, not bright like the original ones that came out years ago! The tile trivet company ownership has changed, so they do not have the vivid colors. Also, remember each computer screen will not show the same colors.
